Polenta Multigrain Sourdough

Have your cake and eat it too. This loaf is packed full of delicious grains yet, it is soft fluffy with beautiful cell structure. The sourdough tang shines bright and is complimented by the toasty, nutty flavors from the 9 different grains used. This is a porridge style bread meaning, we cooked the grains in boiling water to help release some of their sweetness and soften them up. Adding the tremendous flavor and texture that defines this loaf. 

This bread is versatile, we love it with almost any jam, or use it for a delicious sandwich. It plays great with savory and sweet!
