Q: What comes in my box?

A: Each box is packed full with 2 sourdough baguettes, 1 sourdough round, and a specialty loaf that we will rotate each month!

Q: When does my order ship?

A: It depends on which week you select. If you select the week of the first Tuesday of the month, then expect to see your box Tuesday-Friday* of that week. *For those of you on the East Coast expect your box to arrive as late as the following Monday.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

A: You can pause or cancel future shipments at any time. If you need to cancel your current shipment, make sure to do so at least 24 hours before your order ships.

Q: Am I able to ship to a different address next month?

A: Yes, as long as you change your address in your profile prior to your shipment date, we will be able to process your next order under the new address. Note that shipping will charge based on the new address, so the total price may change.

Q: When will I be charged for my next box?

A: We charge the Friday before your order ships. So if you selected the first week of the month, we will charge you the Friday prior to the first Monday of the month.

Q: Can I give Bread Club as a gift?

A: Yes! We have a Digital Gift Card! You select how many boxes or a dollar amount that you want to gift. The recipient gets to sign up for their own account and use the gift card to pay! No hassle for you and delicious bread for them!

Q: How do I add a Gift Card to my account?

A: To add your gift card, first head to your Account Dashboard. Then click on the Gift Cards tab. Once on the Gift Card page it will ask you if you want to add a gift card to your account. Enter your 16-digit code that was provided in your gift card email. Click the ‘add to your account’ button and you are all set. You can also add it at checkout. Just look for ‘Have a gift card?’ and enter your code. The funds will apply to the amount due at checkout. If you want to apply the gift card to future renewal charges follow the instructions below.

Q: How do I apply my gift card to my subscription?

A: Once you have added your gift card to your account, head back to your Account Dashboard. Then click on the My Subscriptions tab. Once you are viewing your subscription you will see a row labeled ‘Pay with gift cards balance’ just below the ‘Next payment date’ row and just above the ‘Payment’ row. Click the button and make sure it switches from grey to orange. As long as that button is clicked on, your gift card balance will be applied to your future renewals until your balance hits zero.
