Roasted Garlic & Cheese Sourdough

The crumb of this bread is light, fluffy  and full of roasted garlic. And the crust is cast in a shell of blistered crispy cheese. And it is all surrounding a soft gooey valley of cheese.

There is just something about warm bread, melted cheese and fragrant garlic. It is mouthwatering just thinking about it. We used a five cheese blend from our friends at Spring Hill Cheese in Petaluma, CA. White Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, Colby & Monterey Jack all mixed together to give us a rich full flavored valley of melted cheese.
