A: Each box is packed with 2 sourdough baguettes, 1 sourdough round, and a specialty loaf that we rotate each month. Each loaf is expertly par-baked and requires just a few minutes in the oven to finish baking to perfection. Instructions and tips are provided in every box.
A: Our bread freezes extremely well and will last several months in your home freezer. After thawing thoroughly, finish baking like normal and enjoy!
A: At this time we are focusing on the quality and consistency of a baker-curated bread box that delivers on taste. It is part of the dream to offer customizable options in the future, so we thank you for sticking with us as we continue to grow and expand this wonderful subscription service!
A: You can manage everything pertaining to your account by logging into your Account Dashboard on this site.
A: For Monthly Subscriptions, you will be charged every month when your subscription renews – on the Friday before (3 days prior to) the Monday fulfillment date you chose, at 6am PST.
For Pre-paid Subscriptions, you will only be charged once every 3, 6, or 12 months, but will be charged in full for that subscription period (including shipping).
A: Yes! If you pre-pay for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time, you will enjoy tiered discounts and/or gifts as a “thank you” for being a valued member of our subscription family.
A: Sure thing! Just make sure to do so before your order is processed each month on the Friday before (3 days prior to) the Monday fulfillment date you chose, at 6am PST.
To pause your subscription, log in to your Account Dashboard and click on the Subscriptions tab. View the Subscription you wish to pause and click the Pause button on that screen. When you wish to resume your subscription, simply head back to the Subscription page and click “Reactivate.” Your next order will be generated according to the subscription’s Monday fulfillment date. Please note: for pre-paid subscriptions, your renewal date will be moved forward accordingly, ensuring you get all the boxes you’ve paid for before your subscription renews.
To cancel your subscription, follow the same instructions as above, clicking “Cancel” on the Subscription page instead. Please also follow up with an email to [email protected] letting us know you would like to cancel your subscription so we can finalize your cancellation. Please note: cancelling pre-paid subscriptions will forfeit any/all remaining boxes.
A: Your bread club order is shipped via UPS Ground, par-baked and frozen. When it arrives at your door, your bread will be ready to bake or freeze for use at a later date.
A: Shipping is calculated on the checkout page. Simply enter your full address and our system will automatically calculate the best rate for you.
A: Your order will ship from our bakery in Petaluma, CA on the Monday fulfillment date you choose for your bread box.
A: All boxes are shipped via UPS Ground from our bakery in Petaluma, CA. In general, customers in Western states will receive their box in 1–2 days, Central states in 3–4 days, and Eastern states in 4–5 days. If delivery timing is important, we encourage you to use the tracking info provided in your order confirmation email. Please note: tracking information will not be live until UPS picks up your the afternoon of the Monday you chose as your fulfillment date.
A: Yes, simply update the shipping address in your profile and the next order processed will use that address. Please note: the shipping amount, and therefore your order total, will change accordingly.
A: Yes! If you live within about 50 miles of our bakery, “Local Pick-up” should appear as a shipping option during checkout. If you’re able to pick up your box, select this option and, when you receive an email saying your order is complete, you may visit Keith Giusto Bakery Supply during normal business hours to pick up your order.

As a subscribed KEITH GIUSTO BREAD CLUB member, each month we will ship you a package with a different selection of breads(“Products”). Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products from KEITH GIUSTO BREAD CLUB of the month may change. Accordingly, KEITH GIUSTO BREAD CLUB cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.
BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH. WHEN PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION OR A GIFT ON THE KEITH GIUSTO BREAD CLUB WEBSITE YOU AGREE THAT THE STRIPE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF REQUESTING A REFUND.
The price of the Services and/or goods is payable in full before delivery. We accept the following credit cards at this time: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. If you have committed to a subscription period lasting longer than one month (e.g., a three month, six month plan, a twelve month plan), you will be charged at the time of purchase of that subscription period, even if you have canceled your subscription or membership prior to the end of that subscription period. Further, unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of Products.
We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant KEITH GIUSTO BREAD CLUB the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that KEITH GIUSTO BREAD CLUB will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service; the current version of which is attached as a link at https://stripe.com/privacy. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order CONFIRMATION. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify KEITH GIUSTO BREAD CLUB within 4 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
If your package was damaged due to carrier-mishandling, thus causing damage to the contents, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and details about your damaged order. We will open investigation with the carrier. We handle these inquiries on a case-by-case basis.
If a Product is defective, you may request a refund within 4 days of receipt and we will send you a new item or credit your account. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].
We work hard to make your membership satisfying; however, you may cancel your ongoing membership through the account page on the Website. You must update your account on the Website by the first day of the month following the end of your then-current subscription period.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO THE FINAL DAY PRIOR TO BILLING FOLLOWING THE END OF A SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.
All cancellation requests received following a Subscription Period will apply to the following Subscription Period. We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.
